ChartCoder reads clinical notes and returns accurate ICD-10 and CPT code suggestions in seconds — so clinicians and coders can spend less time decoding documentation and more time on care and claims. Every suggestion ships with a confidence score and plain-language reasoning you can verify at a glance.

ChartCoder is focused on outpatient and clinic notes — office visits, SOAP notes, progress notes, and other ambulatory care documentation. Inpatient coding is out of scope for now.
